Here are their answers…
Austin (General Manager)
Austin was born in Florida and moved here in 2000. He loves cannabis because of all of the medical benefits it has, specifically social anxiety that he has struggled with for years. His favorite part of the job is sourcing and finding new products that customers request and enjoy. He loves getting to know what customers love and providing them with the newest and best products on the market. He finds his passion in getting deals and doing good business.
Tori (Inventory Manager)
Tori is from a small farm town in Iowa called Osage. The only thing notable about this town is the permeating smell of manure in the air. She loves the versatility of cannabis, from recreational to medicinal, and the science behind how it helps people. Along with that, her favorite part of the job is educating people on the various benefits of cannabis and the studies showing the facts. Misinformation is everywhere, and Tori is meticulous about researching and understanding the facts.
Elliott (THC Sales Associate)
Elliott is from Raleigh-Durham but has lived all over the country. He hasn’t found a certain place that he loves enough to permanently habitiate, although he loves the versatility of Oregon and North Carolina with the mountains and sea being within reach of a day trip. He loves cannabis because the bridge between recreational and medicinal is fascinating to him. In his words, people can use cannabis to medicate on their own terms. This relates to his favorite part of the job, being that he can use his knowledge to find products that are tailored to each person’s needs. At the end of the day, Elliot wants to leave the world better than he found it, and he feels as if this job bridges that gap between profession and passion.
